Breakfast is served at 9:00 am in the dining room. Guests in the main inn have coffee or tea delivered to their room at 8, while the suites have personal coffee/tea makers.
Guests in the suites of Griffin Cottage have breakfast delivered to their door at 9:30 am. Griffin Cottage guests may eat in the main dining room, if they desire.
Breakfast consists of three courses - a fruit course, such as raspberry, banana yogurt parfait; a savory egg dish, such as shirred eggs or savory egg souffle; followed by a dessert course, such as caramel pecan rolls or apricot danish. Breakfasts change daily.
We are able to cater to special dietary requirements. Let us know of any dietary "restrictions" when making your reservation or during check-in.
The Dining Room showcases our collection of silver napkin rings, decanters and glassware. The light fixtures are reputedly "left overs" from Biltmore Estate and the Spode figurine, English (circa 1780) was featured on "Antiques Roadshow" in 1996 (and still being rerun on PBS!).
