At time of reservation, you will be charged the full night rate for one night or 50% of the total nights’ stay for two or more days or for special packages or events.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee per night. In the event the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is nonrefundable. Early departures or no shows are considered a cancellation and are treated within the described policy. We ask that all cancellations be made by email or other written correspondence.

Check-In & Out
Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Special arrangements can be made for early and late check-ins.

The Inn is not generally appropriate for young children. However, families with well-behaved children, age 12 or older, can be accommodated.
For the safety of all guests, we do not permit candles, incense or open flames in the bedrooms.
We respectfully request that you leave all firearms at home.
We can accommodate pets in our Carriage House (William Morris, Rosetti, and Cloisters). There is a $35 fee if the pet sleeps in the bed.
The interior of the Inn is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, the balcony of Zelda’s Retreat and the gardens of the suites of Carriage House. We ask that our guests be courteous when using outdoor areas.
