Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic district of Montford within walking distance from downtown Asheville. Our Asheville BnB has one main house with 5 rooms and suites, and a carriage house behind the main house, where 3 more suites are located. All rooms are uniquely furnished and set for the highest level of comfort offering private bathrooms.

Spent a couple days in Zelda’s Retreat while waiting for friends to arrive in Asheville. Beautiful location and the suite was just what we needed to relax. Breakfast was wonderful and the Saturday night music on the patio was so enjoyable. Would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to the area!

A note from Willy & Shawnie

Our favorite thing about Zelda’s Retreat is the private patio at the top of the main house. In the evening, sit out with a beverage for your own personal happy hour. This two bedroom suite also offers the perfect getaway nap spot in the extra room if you’re in need of a little extra rest.

Breakfast

We prepare breakfast in the inn and try to source local, seasonal ingredients. Some of our local providers include Cooperative Coffee Roasters, Looking Glass Creamery and Asheville Chocolate. We happily accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan diets.
