Asheville Romantic Getaway

Looking for romance? The Cloisters is a spacious and private suite, complete with an enclosed garden.

Are you overdue for some quality time with your partner?

We get it, you’re busy with work, family and everything else life throws. It can be hard to find time and space to wind down. If this sounds all too familiar, here’s your chance to press pause, relax, and enjoy an unforgettable trip together.

To make this as easy as possible, here are a few insider tips to help you plan the perfect romantic Asheville getaway.

Follow our simple guide to experience endless art, rejuvenation, and romance during your stay. Asheville was dubbed “Paris of the South” in the early 1900s — and we think you’ll easily see why.

Take a Timeout & Relax in Romantic Asheville

This is your time to focus on each other. We want to make sure you feel right at home and well taken care of during your stay with us.

We invite you to take your shoes off and enjoy some much needed pampering together. Cozy up in the morning with a piping hot cup of coffee in our sunroom before an in-room massage, or wind down by your own fireplace.

If you’re looking for a little extra privacy during your stay, the Cloisters is a great option. This pet-friendly, 1,300 square foot suite includes a private entrance and enclosed rear garden for you to enjoy during your romantic getaway.

Above all, we’re here to bring you luxury, comfort and ease as your home away from home.

Enjoy Romantic Asheville Hikes

If you consider yourself an outdoor enthusiast, the Blue Ridge Parkway is a great place to explore. With over 15 hikes in the area, you’ll find a wide range of trails that suit beginners and advanced hikers alike.

If hitting the trail isn’t your thing, but you love being surrounded by beautiful mountain vistas, we’ve got something for you as well. Nothing says a romantic getaway quite like a picnic for two. Grab a bottle of wine and a block of local cheese from downtown Asheville’s South Slope Cheese Co. and enjoy an afternoon at Craggy Gardens picnic area while you sit immersed in the breathtaking scenery of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Tap into Your Artistic Side with Asheville Art

Wander through a gallery of beautiful, unique American art from the 20th and 21st centuries with a trip to the newly renovated Asheville Art Museum in downtown Asheville.

Once you’ve had your fill of art, relax and talk with your partner at the rooftop cafe which offers locally sourced food, coffee, tea, wine, beer and cocktails with a picturesque view of the mountains and sculpture terrace.

To put your mind at ease, the museum is taking all necessary precautions to protect guests against COVID-19. You can plan your visit here

Romantic Asheville Restaurants for a Date Night to Remember

In Asheville, we’re lucky to have so many high-quality and eclectic dining choices. With a wide variety of restaurants featuring fresh, local ingredients, you can be sure to be in for a treat. While we could offer a never-ending list of delicious dining options, we have included two of our favorite places to give you a flavorful and romantic evening.

Jargon

This quaint restaurant is located in a small historic building in the heart of West Asheville.  Jargon offers amazing ingredients from local farmers to wow your palate and intrigue you with culinary delights. Their lovely patio provides the perfect setting for a romantic, intimate dining experience.

French Broad Chocolate Lounge

You can’t plan a romantic getaway date night without mentioning dessert. French Broad Chocolate Lounge is a chocolate lover’s heaven. Choose between speciality chocolate drinks, cookies and cakes, handmade chocolates, and everything in between. Is your mouth watering yet?

Both establishments are offering dine-in and take-out services due to COVID-19. If you’re not comfortable dining-in, you can still enjoy the flavors of Asheville from the comfort of our inn.
